Boxercise is a fun, invigorating way of training using a mixture of bodyweight exercises, boxing combinations and mobilisation movements which can burn upto 800 calories in an hour. Boxercise is practiced in a safe environment where the emphasis is focused on boxing technique whilst incorporating a mixture of the traditional bodyweight exercises.
