This is a programme for Kids and Teens that has run at the Club since February 2014, and is the  only programme of this type operating in the area.

The classes are designed to improve fitness levels by working the whole body and engaging your son/daughter in fun fitness games and strength training.

In addition to improving their overall fitness, they will also learn about healthier eating choices, how exercise and improved eating habits will help them at school, make them feel better and help them to become healthy adults.

This programme runs in term-time courses, with bookings in advance for each course.
