Classes

The club holds weekly exercise classes in our Club Plus Studio, which features a sprung wooden floor and also benefits from air conditioning units providing either hot or cool air. The following Fitness Classes are available to both members and non-members; Legs, Bums & Tums, Pilates, Boxercise, Zumba, Aerobics and Yoga.

 

Legs, Bums and Tums

This class is designed to shape and tone those difficult and troublesome areas. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and it is an extremely beneficial and fun exercise class.

Tuesdays: 10.00am to 11.00am. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.

 

Pilates

An excellent exercise for anyone who wants to be strong toned and aligned. Pilates is challenging without being strenuous and is especially beneficial for back and neck problems.

Tuesdays: 1pm to 2pm and 6pm to 7pm. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.

 

Boxercise

This class combines boxing and other exercises in a circuit format to suit all levels of fitness and without physical contact. It is one of the best forms of cross training enhancing overall fitness, co-ordination, strength and timing.

Tuesdays: 6.00pm to 7.00pm. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.

 

Zumba

The Zumba program combines hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!

Tuesdays: 8.00pm to 9.00pm. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.

 

Aerobics

This class gives you a calorie and fat burning workout incorporating both low and high impact aerobic routines with toning exercises for legs, bums and tums.

The class offers a highly motivated workout to reshape your body and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Wednesdays: 6.00pm to 7pm. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.

 

Yoga

An excellent way to provide strength, grace and freedom and to develop healthy and relaxed muscles that work more efficiently.

Thursdays: 7.00pm to 8.15pm. £2.50 members and £4.50 guests.
