Fully qualified, friendly instructors are available to provide members advice and guidance with all aspects of fitness and exercise training. Gym challenges are frequently featured as an additional service. Personal Training sessions are available from our qualified instructors.

A member wishing to join the gym must complete a "Lifestyle & Health Questionnaire" and attend an induction on how to use the equipment in a safe and correct manner. A specific, tailored programme can then be provided.

Legs, Bums & Tums: Tuesdays 10am - 11am 

This class is designed to shape and tone those difficult and troublesome areas by combining low impact aerobics with toning and sculpting exercises. Suitable for all levels of fitness and for those wanting to build lean muscle and create definition.

Pilates: Tuesdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm • Tuesdays 6pm - 7pm

This class is well suited to those which wish to achieve a strong, toned and aligned body. Pilates is challenging without being strenuous and is especially beneficial for back and neck problems. 

Zumba: Tuesdays 8pm - 9pm • Saturdays 10am - 11am
             Monday 12.30pm - 1.30pm • Thursdays 7pm - 8pm

The Zumba program combines hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! 

Yoga: Thursdays 7pm - 8:15pm

An excellent way to provide strength, grace and freedom and to develop healthy and relaxed muscles that work more efficiently.
