Main Pavilion Area
The main Pavilion area of the club is a large spacious room which has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment programme. In the spring of 2006 the Pavilion area was equipped with a brand new carpet, new tables and chairs, new curtains, redecorations throughout, four air conditioning units capable of providing both hot and cool air, new lighting scheme, an additional large TV screen and brand new bench seating. This refurbishment, in conjunction with a smoking ban within all club buildings, has created a comfortable, relaxed and healthy environment for members and guests to enjoy.
Functions and Social Events
The club is the perfect venue for a range of functions and social events including; wedding receptions, birthday party celebrations, anniversaries, sports/social club presentation evenings, dinner dances, race nights, christening parties etc. Again a full and comprehensive food and beverage service is available in our comfortable and relaxed surroundings. Bar
The club's bars are open as follows;
Monday to Friday 5pm to 11pm
Saturday 12noon to 11pm
Sunday 12 noon to 10.30pm
The bar prices at the club are extremely competitive.
Restaurant
The club provides a full range of hot and cold snacks, meals and drinks and prices are also extremely competitive.
The Restaurant is open as follows; Monday to Thursday: 6pm to 9pm
Friday: 5pm to 9pm
Saturday: 12 noon to 2.30pm and 4.30pm to 9pm
Sunday: 12 noon to 2.30pm
The Club's Restaurant has a new menu featuring some healthy options in response to members demand. The new menus are currently with the printers and will be with the Club shortly. A link to the new menu will be available on the website soon.

Our flexible conference, seminar and meeting service can be tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for the perfect place to meet a client, or planning a full scale conference for up to 200 delegates, we have the perfect solution.
We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Horsham town centre, 10 minutes from the M23 and only 5 minutes from Horsham Railway station (main line service, London Victoria). Our excellent on-site caterers can provide everything from coffee and biscuits to finger buffets or hot gourmet meals.
The main pavilion room can accommodate a range of different meeting room sizes, from as little as 10 delegates to as many as 200. Additional seminar, break out and meeting rooms are available. We will provide the following equipment with your room hire; flip charts, white boards, OHPs and TV/Videos. The club also offers a free wireless service. Team Building/Activity Day
The Holbrook Club is the perfect choice of venue for your corporate team building/activity day. Additionally, we will provide a full food and beverage service to ensure that your day is an enjoyable and successful one. For example we are able to provide either a buffet or BBQ and you can operate a bar voucher system for those all important drinks.
