CoreX is a short, sharp 30 minute group workout that will improve your fitness while improving your muscle strength and definition. This is done by using a combination of body weight exercises, free weight exercises and resistance tubing. Results include a stronger, more toned core, improved functional strength, improved mobility, balance and injury prevention. These are achieved by putting a real focus on the torso, making it ideal for toning your abs, back and bum.

CoreX is performed to choreographed routines and the latest chart-topping music to provide a very enjoyable and extremely effective workout. This moderate to high intensity workout will get you burning, on average, 230 calories per session.
