CXWorx is a short, sharp 30 minute group workout that will improve your fitness while improving your muscle strength and definition. This is done through using a combination of body weight exercises, free weight exercises and resistance tubing either standing up or laying down. Results include a stronger, more toned core, improved functional strength, improved mobility, balance and injury prevention. These are achieved by putting a real focus on the torso and sling muscles, which connect the upper body to the lower body, making it ideal for toning your abs, back and bum.

CXWorx combines cutting-edge scientific research with choreographed routines and the latest chart-topping music to provide a very enjoyable and extremely effective workout. This moderate to high intensity workout will get you burning, on average, 230 calories per session. Every 3 months the latest workout is released with new choreography and the latest music tracks. Although CXWorx can be high intensity, it is low-impact and can be effective for injury rehabilitation. Exercises can either be regressed or progressed (made easier or more challenging) making it suitable to a wide range of participants.

Monday 6.15pm – 6.45pm
Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.00pm
Thursday  6.15pm – 6.45pm


Class prices will be £3.00 for members and £5.00 for non-members.
