Indoor Revolution Cycling

Holbrooks very own Indoor Cycling class. We run a number of classes throughout the week in our specifically designed Studio Cycling Studio.

Revolution focuses on Endurance, Strength, Intervals, Jumps, Climbs and High Intensity Intervals. The class is taken with a mixture of seated and standing variations with each of our instructors having their very own niche to add to your Revolution experience.

Revolution has many benefits including:

  • Increases Muscular Endurance
  • Major Calorie Burn (Increases the after burn) – normally averaging between 400 – 600 calories a class.

We run 7 classes throughout the week in our specifically designed Cycling Studio.
  • Monday: 06:15 - 07:00
  • Monday: 19:15 - 20:00
  • Tuesday: 19:00 - 19:45
  • Wednesday: 19:00 - 19:45
  • Thursday: 19:15 - 20:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 - 10:00
