Holbrooks very own Indoor Cycling class. We run a number of classes throughout the week in our specifically designed Studio Cycling Studio.
Revolution focuses on Endurance, Strength, Intervals, Jumps, Climbs and High Intensity Intervals. The class is taken with a mixture of seated and standing variations with each of our instructors having their very own niche to add to your Revolution experience.
