Stretch and Tone is the Holbrook Clubs variation on a mixture of Body Balance, Pilates and Tai Chi. The class is set in a relaxed atmosphere where the main outcomes are to focus on breathing techniques, holding isometric movements and working the core region of your body. The class aims to improve your flexibility and to tone tummy, legs and arms whilst working your muscles to move functionally, bend more and to become more supple. The class is inclusive for everyone and anyone wishing to have a gentle but fun workout with safe exercises who want to work those troublesome areas
