At The Holbrook Club, we offer all members the chance to work with our team of Personal Trainers on a 1-2-1 or group basis to make the most of your exercise goals and keep you motivated in the gym. The use of personal trainers helps you get ahead of the game and provide that extra push you may need.

We know that everyone has different objectives and needs when it comes to working out. A personal training session is the ideal way to get completely bespoke advice that’s tailored to your requirements and designed to keep you driven.

What to expect from our personal training service

Your dedicated personal trainer will meet with you to discuss your goals and assess your current programme. They will also review your diet and nutrition to see if there are any areas that could be changed to complement your fitness regime.

Sessions are just £15 for 30 minutes or £25 for an hour and you’ll undoubtedly leave feeling more energised and excited about your fitness routine.
