What to expect from our personal training service
Your dedicated personal trainer will meet with you to discuss your goals and assess your current programme. They will also review your diet and nutrition to see if there are any areas that could be changed to complement your fitness regime.
Sessions are just £15 for 30 minutes or £25 for an hour and you’ll undoubtedly leave feeling more energised and excited about your fitness routine.
