Fitness Classes

At The Holbrook Club, we offer a huge range of fitness classes to suit all levels of experience and each class is free for all on-peak and premier memberships.

Whether you’re looking to get your heart pumping with a Zumba class or want to zen out at Pilates, our timetable is bursting with classes and each is run by a fully qualified instructor. They’re a great way to keep motivated, work out with friends and learn a new fitness technique. Plus, we hold classes every day of the week (excluding Sundays) so there’s bound to be something that fits into your lifestyle and routine.

Our classes

Revolution

Holbrook’s very own Indoor Cycling class, Revolution. These spin classes take place in our specifically designed Revolution Room complete with ambient lights and special sound effects.

Every instructor will bring a different workout encompassing Intervals, Endurance and Hill Climbs with a variety of music that will be sure leave you motivated and revolutionised.

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting way to exercise. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Kettlebells

A fully functional workout using cast iron kettlebells. Kettlebells will cover all forms of strength, endurance and cardiovascular elements of exercise in which a normal class can burn up to 400Kcals in 45 minutes.

Stretch & Tone

A class designed using a selection of movements from Tai-Chi, Pilates and Yoga to develop a stronger body and mind

Yoga

A mixture of beginner and Vinyassa Flow Yoga. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit leaving you feeling relaxed.

Boxercise

A contact based boxing class which mixes with traditional body weight exercises in a controlled and safe environment. Boxercise will encompass shadow boxing, combinations and circuits. Known to be a fun workout, you will be guaranteed to laugh and leave feeling very sweaty.

Pilates

A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

CoreX

30 minutes of exercise that will blast your core and develop an all-round stronger body through structured exercises.

Circuits

A full whole-body workout in a circuit environment. An old-school classic, Circuits will push you to your limits.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp - a whole body workout. Using sandbags and weights to increase your strength and build up your stamina. An hour long session with our full encouragement from the instructor. Suitable for all levels of fitness
