Hello, my name is Jack and I am The Holbrook Hound. It will be rare for you to see me, I stay close to my dog basket within the Grounds & Facilities Office and courtyard.
From my place in the Grounds Office I have a unique insight into the painting, the mowing, the fixing, the repairing, the installing, the trimming, the ………..well, you get the picture, the task of keep the building and grounds in good working order is endless, a bit like the painting of the Sydney Harbour Bridge!
I want to share with you some of the works and plans that go on at the Club that you probably rarely notice. My weekly blog will give you an insight into the world of the often invisible (but always there) activities of the Grounds Team at The Holbrook Club.
