Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Notice
This EGM Notice is issued this 12th day of November 2025.
Notice is hereby given of an EGM of The Holbrook Club. The EGM has been called to further discuss the potential of The Holbrook Club becoming a registered charity and to vote on accepting the new Articles of Association and Bye Laws and to continue with charity status.
This EGM will be held in the main hall at The Holbrook Club on Thursday 27th November 2025 at 7:00pm

3 Questions from the floor as accepted by the Chairman
5 Vote to accept the new Articles of Association and Bye Laws
6 Vote to agree to continue with the application for Charity Status with the Charity Commission
