Holbrook Olympic FC Secretary Required
Holbrook Olympic run 2 successful adult teams in the West Sussex Football League (based at The Holbrook Club) and a vacancy has arisen to assist us with secretarial duties with regards to the management of all things match-day related.
Principally this will involve the following tasks:
- dealing with match confirmations to opponents and referees for home games
- dealing with match postponements for home games by contacting the HOFC manager affected and the League, the Holbrook Club, opponents and referee (for away games, the HOFC manager(s) affected after notification received from the opponents)
- upload HOFC team line-ups on the FA Full Time portal each weekend games are played
This is a non-Committee role and so one thing you WON’T be required to do is attend HOFC and League Committee Meetings to take and distribute minutes!
All training will be provided by the out-going Secretary and all you’ll need to fulfill this role is a mobile phone, a pc/laptop and up to a couple of hours a week – a financial incentive will be offered to the successful applicant.
