SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL

What’s not to love about a Music Festival, we’ve got 5 local bands waiting to perform for you. This is our first big outdoor festival and we hope you enjoy what we have to offer. Please however remember, we are not Glastonbury but maybe one day!!

Ticket Prices:
Individual Adult (15+ Years) £20.00
Children (4-14) – £15.00 (must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older)
Under 4’s FREE – YOU MUST STILL BOOK A TICKET
Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under age 15) £66.00
Limited Parking Space £8.00 – you MUST provide your car registration number of the vehicle you will be using on the night – any other car will not be permitted
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT AND WILL GO AHEAD EVEN IF IT IS RAINING SO MAKE SURE YOU DRESS ACCORDINGLY, HATS AND SUN CREAM OR WELLIES AND A RAIN COAT
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE LINE UP IF NECESSARY HOWEVER THIS WILL BE A LAST RESORT
TICKETS ON THE DAY – If there any tickets left on the day these will be on a first come basis and priced accordingly
NO DOGS – assistance dogs and guide dogs are of course permitted
ALCOHOL – do not bring any alcohol into the venue, we will have fully stocked bottle bars along with our main indoor bar
FOOD/DRINK – do not bring food or drink into the venue, NO BBQ’S -we have a BBQ and food stalls available for you to choose from. Picnic boxes, cool boxes, food deliveries, glass objects and/or knives are not permitted. All drinks will be served in disposable cups, no glass bottles or glasses to be used
GAZEBOS – You may bring a maximum 3m x 3m sized gazebo however this must be put up on the side of the arena to avoid blocking the view of others – this must be taken home when the event finishes
SEATING – We do not have seating, you may bring camping chairs/blankets which must be taken home after the event finishes
UMBRELLAS – You may bring umbrellas with you for sun shade however please consider other festival goers at all times
DRUGS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES – Under no circumstances will drugs or illegal substances be permitted on site
WRIST BANDS – all festival goers will be given a wrist band on arrival which must be worn at all times
PARKING – we have a small number of parking spaces available, these are on a first come basis and must be booked before the event, the car registration number of the car you will be using on the day must be provided at the time of booking, no other vehicles will be permitted on site. Any cars that are left are done so at your own risk
CHILDREN – please ensure all children are supervised at all times
LOCAL PARKING – The Holbrook Club do not accept any responsibility for any vehicles parked in the surrounding areas/roads, please park responsibly and considerately to our neighbours and ensure access for emergency services is available at all times. Any cars causing issue should be reported to Operation Crackdown
PUBLIC TRANSPORT – the 200 bus frequently passes The Holbrook Club and we are a short walk from Littlehaven Train Station
