This class is well suited to those which wish to achieve a strong, toned and aligned body. Pilates is challenging without being strenuous and is especially beneficial for back and neck problems.

Toddlers In Tow

Monday 10.15am – 11.00am

This is an indoor & Outdoor buggy workout so it doesn’t matter what the weather is doing outside. We will keep on going all year round inside or we can enjoy the sunshine outside, whichever you prefer.

  • An activity for you and baby to do together
  • Get back in shape
  • Meet other mums in the area
  • It is hard to find time to exercise without baby, so bring baby along. Put on a pair of trainers and strap little one in

Join us weekly for a fat attack, butt blasting, whole body workout with a focus on strengthening of core and pelvic floor muscles.

This class is open to all mums after they have had their 6 week check up until little one is no longer happy in their buggy*

* varies from child to child. You will know when it’s time for your child.
