At The Holbrook Club, we offer a huge range of fitness classes to suit all levels of experience and each class is free for all on-peak and premier memberships.
Whether you’re looking to get your heart pumping with a Zumba class or want to zen out at Pilates, our timetable is bursting with classes and each is run by a fully qualified instructor. They’re a great way to keep motivated, work out with friends and learn a new fitness technique. Plus, we hold classes every day of the week (excluding Sundays) so there’s bound to be something that fits into your lifestyle and routine.

Our classes
Revolution
Holbrook’s very own Indoor Cycling class, Revolution. These spin classes take place in our specifically designed Revolution Room complete with ambient lights and special sound effects.
Every instructor will bring a different workout encompassing Intervals, Endurance and Hill Climbs with a variety of music that will be sure leave you motivated and revolutionised.
Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting way to exercise. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Stretch & Tone
A class designed using a selection of movements from Tai-Chi, Pilates and Yoga to develop a stronger body and mind
Yoga
A mixture of beginner and Vinyassa Flow Yoga. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit leaving you feeling relaxed.
Pilates
A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
CoreX
30 minutes of exercise that will blast your core and develop an all-round stronger body through structured exercises.
Dance Blitz
Dance Blitz is a 45 minute workout incorporating a mixture of Dance and weights into choreographed routines. Expect a mixture of latin, salsa and pop with a combination of boxing and freestyle aerobics to target muscles that you dont know are working.
