With just over a month to go until Christmas, we’re getting rather festive here at The Holbrook Club and have already started writing those all important gift lists. FitBit tracker

FitBit has become quite popular in the media over the past year or so. With a range of wearable fitness trackers, this product is easy to incorporate into everyday life. You simply wear the FitBit like a watch as you go about your daily activities. It will track not only your physical exercise but also your steps you walk, your quality of sleep and your heart rate! FitBit also have an app that you sync your wristband up to so that you can check in on your activity. What’s not to love?

Lonsdale medicine ball

We think medicine balls are one of the most underrated tools in fitness. They can work so many different muscles depending on how you use them and in our opinion, Christmas is the perfect time to ask for a good one. Lonsdale have a great range of leather medicine balls which range from 3kgs to 7kgs, made from real leather.

NutriBullet

You have probably heard a lot about the NutriBullet personal blenders, as they have become very popular with fitness buffs in recent years. There are many different copies of the NutriBullet out there, but we all know nothing beats the real deal. Fitness isn’t just about working out, it’s about watching what you put into your body and getting all the right nutrients. Blending up fruit and veg into a refreshing smoothie is a great way to do this, as it tastes great and does wonderful things for your body!

Nike Tech Fleece

This is one for the runners out there. If you’re looking to up your fitness over Christmas and the New Year, it’s going to be a bit chilly to run outside. However Nike has a range of tech fleeces for men and women which have their own heat control technology, perfect for outdoor sporting. They describe it as “breathable warmth” that holds in just enough heat so that you’re not too cold or warm. We’re sure most runners would be happy to receive this as a Christmas present!

Boxing gloves

You may not be looking to become the next Muhammad Ali, but boxing is a great way to workout your whole body. Getting in the gym with a sparring partner and your gloves can be very therapeutic as well as burning fat, so a good pair of training and sparring gloves should definitely be on your Christmas list! Boxfit UK have a great range of boxing gloves here.

Garmin Watch

A hugely popular fitness brand, Garmin watches are a must have gadget for avid runners. Handy to use, you just strap the watch to your wrist whilst you run, which is a lot easier than having to track your run on a smartphone app. Their range of watches include GPS which will map out your route so you can have a look back afterwards. The Garmin app will sync up and let you know your distance, speed, pace and number of laps. Some of the range even have built in heart rate monitors.

Good running leggings

More one for the ladies, but you can never beat a pair of snug fit workout leggings. From Nike to LA Gear and Adidas, there are lots of them on offer at Sports Direct. Christmas is the perfect time to ask for a couple of different pairs to stock up!
