Brand New Group Exercise Timetable

New Group Exercise Timetable Starting January 2018

The Holbrook Club are pleased to announce a brand new Group Exercise Timetable starting from January 8th 2018. Lots of new classes will be added with our biggest addition being Revolution, our very own Studio cycling class. We have a full functional Revolution Studio which will have disco lighting and spot lights to add to your experience. The bikes themselves are a brand new design and will display Heart Rate, Calories, Distance, Time and Power Output which will make the classes enjoyable and challenging. The Timetable will be released in due course with a class almost everyday of the week. We will have 16 bikes and some newly qualified instructors who will be dying to show you their new skills plus some experienced instructors too!

We will be moving Boxercise from the Squash Court on a Monday evening to the Club Plus Studio, so we can increase capacity, play music and work harder. Monday evenings will also introduce CXWORX into the Club plus with Sarah and Arron teaching the new PiYo class straight after. Monday evenings are a combination of explosive strength and relaxation which will make Monday evenings the peak night of the week.

I am pleased to introduce Yoga to the timetable and two fantastic instructors. Lauren and Louise. Yoga will be offered at a beginner stage then overtime we will be looking to advance Yoga on towards a Vinyassa flow – which is intermediate.

Those who train late can also try the new classes as most will finish at 9pm. From Janaury there will be something for everyone!

For the Juniors, we have introduced Junior HIIT and Junior Box-fit, running on Tuesdays and Thursday respectively. The same booking policy will apply.
