We ask that you observe the government guidelines at all times in addition to any pre-agreed club rules, these are NOT negotiable. Failure to do so could result in the sport booking option being removed. Rules are displayed within each area of the club. At the end of this e-mail you will find details of bookings rules and further information.

ALL bookings must be made and paid ONLINE www.theholbrookclub.co.uk prior to your arrival. Remember, all membership numbers are prefixed with THC, eg, if your membership card shows 12345 you will need to enter THC12345 when setting up your account. Our fitness team will be returning and they will be taking care of you while you are on site however we are not currently able to answer our main telephone line. We are working towards a solution for this and in the meantime would ask that all queries be e-mailed to office@theholbrookclub.co.uk. The majority of our office staff will still be furloughed but we will have a small team checking e-mails regularly. Sport bookings have been put in line with the gym opening hours, we must ensure we use our staff levels to the best we can while being mindful of any downtime.

As previously advised and unless otherwise agreed, all November 2020 membership fees will be used as payment of your December 2020 membership fees. The direct debit collections will recommence on or shortly after 28th December 2020 in payment of January 2021 membership fees and continue monthly.

It is disappointing that we are unable to open the bar – December is always a fun festive time. During this time though the bar will be getting a well deserved makeover and will be ready and stocked for when we can open it again. As soon as we receive a date we will let you all know. Keep an eye on our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram as we are updating those with all kinds of information, it would be great if you could like and share our pages with your friends and family.

We are still uncertain of the coming weeks and it may be necessary to make further changes, we will do all we can to minimise the impact of these. Please be respectful to staff at all times, we are doing everything we can within the restrictions set to provide as many facilities for you in the safest way possible.

We look forward to welcoming you back on Wednesday 2nd December 2020, we have missed you. Your continued support is so important to us, we are still here for you and together we will come out stronger.

Kind regards, stay safe

The Holbrook Club Team
