We are now open!!!!!!

Following the Government’s recent announcement regarding outside sport we can confirm that The Holbrook Club is now open for the following activities.

3G Pitches

Grass Pitches

Tennis Courts

Online bookings are now available.  ALL bookings must be made and paid ONLINE via our website, www.theholbrookclub.co.uk  prior to your arrival.  Remember, all membership numbers are prefixed with THC, so if your membership card shows 12345 you will need to enter THC12345 when setting up your account or making your booking.

Staff will be on site at alternate times meaning we are in a position to answer any telephone queries however our office times do vary, if for some reason you are unable to make a booking please email office@theholbrookclub.co.uk who will reply as soon as possible.

We ask that you observe the government guidelines at all times in addition to any existing club rules, these are NOT negotiable.  Failure to do so could result in the sport booking option being removed. Rules are displayed within each area of the club.  At the end of this e-mail you will find details of bookings rules and further information.

As previously advised January 2021 membership fees that have already been collected will now be used in payment of April 2021 membership fees.  Direct debit collections for membership fees will recommence on or shortly after 28th April 2021 in payment of May 2021 membership fees and continue monthly thereafter.

We are hopeful that the dates set out in the Government roadmap will be achieved without further issue and we are working towards the following:-

12th April 2021 – Gym to open

17th May 2021 – Fitness Classes, Yourzone 45 Studio and Bar

21st June 2021 – Restrictions to be lifted

Keep an eye on our website and social media pages on Facebook and Instagram as we will be updating those with all kinds of information, it would be great if you could like and share our pages with your friends and family.  As face to face fitness classes will not be available until 17th May 2021 we hope to increase our online classes from April 2021 and will provide further details shortly.

The coming weeks are still uncertain, however, we are ever hopeful that step by step we will be able to provide a full service for you.  It is possible we may need to amend our timetables for a short time however we will do all we can to minimise the impact of this.  Your patience and understanding is as always greatly appreciated, we are doing everything we can within the restrictions set to provide as many facilities for you in the safest way possible.

As always we look forward to welcoming you back , we have missed you.  Your continued support is so important to us, we are still here for you and preparing the club for the next stage of opening –  and we will see you all very soon.

Kindest regards, stay safe

The Holbrook Club Team
