Work started on the laying of our new courts just over two weeks ago now and things are progressing really well. We hope that by now most of you will have seen our article in the West Sussex County Times if not you can click here to view. In the meantime we thought we would post a few photos of the project to date.
The new fence is in and the courts have been prepared for the new surface.
The new carpet has arrived.
The first pieces of a big jigsaw of carpet are installed.
24 Tons of sand for the sub layer are delivered to the club.
This is the magical rubber crumb – made from recycled car tyres – that forms the base for playing on.
Preparations for the installation of the lights and the new paths has started.
