The Holbrook Club Temporary Closure

Firstly we hope you, your family and friends are keeping safe and well.

Following the Government’s recent announcement of a new COVID-19 related lockdown we must advise this unfortunately means that The Holbrook Club will be closed from Thursday 5th November 2020 until further notice. This is a temporary closure and we are hopeful we will be open again early December 2020 and we will keep you updated over the coming weeks.

If you currently pay your membership fees by direct debit please be assured your payments have been automatically frozen. Any membership fees received for November 2020 will be used to offset the first membership fee due once we are able to re-open. If you have a pre-paid 6 or 12 month contract these will be extended to ensure you receive your full membership entitlement.

As we are a not for profit club we rely heavily on your continued support. If you wish to continue to pay your membership fees during our forced temporary closure you will be helping support a valued community asset during these challenging times.

If you have booked a ticket for the Elvis night on 28th November 2020 this will be carried forward to a new date in 2021 and you will be contacted separately once we have a new date.

It is proven that exercise is vital for both physical and mental wellbeing so we will endeavour to provide our support to you during this time. We are putting together a variety of live fitness sessions that are suitable for everyone and can be achieved at home to keep your fitness levels up and your endorphins flowing. These will be available via our YourZone45 Horsham Instagram Account, these will not be YourZone45 sessions and will be available to all.

All staff will be furloughed from 5th November 2020 however we will have a small team looking after communications. Please keep an eye on our social media pages as we will updating these throughout the closure to keep you all updated as best we can. Our telephone lines will not be monitored so please forward any queries to, however, please allow a minimum of 72 hours for a response.

We would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. Our team have worked tirelessly to keep members, visitors and staff safe over the past few months and we look forward to opening our doors again to you very soon.
