Winter Fitness at the Holbrook Club

Winter is drawing in now and gradually we all know that we are going to find it harder to bring ourselves out into the cold night to keep fit. Why not beat the cold with one of our fitness classes!

We have a great selection here at The Holbrook Club to warm you up this winter.

Do you fancy improving your mobility and flexibility? Come try out Pilates or Yoga. Our instructors will take you through a great programme of exercises that will challenge your core, balance and flexibility but most of all it is great fun and relaxation.

If you feel you’re short of time come along to Les Mills CXWORX! It’s a 30 minutes blast on your core and fundamental strength training using bodyweight and resistance band exercises.

Maybe you want to feel your blood pumping? Come give Circuits and Insanity a go. Despite the name, Insanity is for all fitness levels. The instructors will guide you through a routine to build your strength, speed and cardio performance.

Feel like kicking some butt! Join us in Les Mills Body Combat a great routine using different martial art disciplines to get you fighting the fat. A great class to burn those extra calories this winter.

Or why not just party on down at The Holbrook Club in Zumba. It’s fun, funky and you’d be mad to miss out. So come get your groove on!
